Kemetic Yoga Class | 5/10/2025 | 11am-12pm
Our guided Kemetic Yoga classes focus on grounding students in their bodies through Yoga by working through Kemetic geometric sequences while focusing on the flow of breath and the movement of energy. Our classes will begin with a guided breath work activity followed by a Kemetic Yoga sequence and end in a state of total relaxation with a healing sound bath.
