Kemetic Wellness Workshop | 4/26/2025 | 11am-1pm
Our Kemetic Wellness Workshop allows participants to practice Kemetic Yoga; it also offers the opportunity for students to educate themselves on wellness and self-regulation skills and practices to improve physical, mental, and spiritual alignment. Our workshops also include a healing sound bath, which encourages students to sink deeper into a state of total relaxation or meditation. To conclude all Simply Kemetic Wellness Workshops, all students are welcome to participate in a healing Tea Ceremony that allows the opportunity to sample several healing medicinal blends, during this ceremony, students are prompted to reflect on the state of their body and mind. Each Wellness workshop schedule varies, taking into consideration the differing needs of groups but each workshop will generally include:
